About Mubeen Qureshi

When facing personal challenges, it is often difficult to know what to do. These challenges may impact your relationships, affect your career, or even alter the way you view yourself. If you are feeling overwhelmed and need help, I would like to be of assistance. I can promise that I will be there to listen and help you as a thoughtful and knowledgeable therapist. Together we can evaluate your options and help you move forward with more confidence and inner strength.

I completed my BS in Psychology from Wayne State University and received my Masters in Social Work from The University of Michigan. My Clinical Experience includes CBT, Mindfulness, Emotional Regulation, Strength-Based Perspective, and Familial Systems.

My goal as a therapist is to provide a safe space where my clients feel comfortable expressing their opinions without fear of being judged. In this atmosphere, people can learn more about themselves and gradually make changes that help them feel more empowered and more capable of handling difficulties. I hope to have a chance to work with you.
