I am a board-certified Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner providing comprehensive, patient-centered care for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, weight management concerns, and the complexities of living with chronic illness. I approach care with the understanding that mental and physical health are deeply interconnected and that effective treatment begins with empathetic, attentive listening to each patient’s concerns, goals, and lived experience.
I offer thorough evaluations and individualized treatment plans focused on medication management and medical optimization. I am able to prescribe and manage medications for anxiety and depression, carefully selecting and adjusting treatment based on each patient’s symptoms, response, coexisting conditions, and overall health. For patients seeking support with weight loss, I provide medically supervised care, including prescription weight-loss medications when appropriate, with an emphasis on safe, sustainable results—particularly for those managing chronic medical conditions.
My Unique Approach to Therapy
Patients can expect clear communication, compassionate care, and close follow-up to monitor progress. I also prioritize coordination of care, collaborating with primary care providers and other specialists to ensure treatment plans are aligned with existing diagnoses and therapies. Many patients experience improvements in mood, reduced anxiety, improved daily functioning, increased energy, and meaningful, healthy weight loss over time.
