Many people come to therapy because they’re in pain—emotionally overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or feeling stuck. Some sense they’re not living up to their potential in relationships, work, or other parts of life. Therapy offers a space to explore what’s beneath the surface and understand the emotions shaping your experience. With greater self-connection, you can begin to heal and make choices that truly improve your life.
My goal is to help you build a deeper understanding and acceptance of your emotional world. When we meet ourselves with compassion—even in the hard places—we feel more grounded, capable, and free. You don’t have to be ruled by difficult emotions. Together, we can turn emotional insight into lasting life change.
My Unique Approach to Therapy
I approach treatment with a patient centered approach with respect for the individuality of each patient. Each individual possesses a distinct personal narrative and approach to navigating life. I strive to empower others to manage their mental health challenges based on their individual story and unique identity.
Specialized & Extended Training
I earned my MSW from Yeshiva University’s Wurzweiler School of Social Work. Since then, I’ve pursued opportunities to further my education, both to gain clinical skills and techniques and to deepen my understanding of the human experience through a more holistic lens.
I have also completed a comprehensive two-year program at the Michigan Psychoanalytic Institute, which provided in-depth training in psychoanalytic theory and practice. This experience has further shaped my ability to support patients in exploring the deeper layers of their thoughts, feelings, and relationships.
