My Unique Approach to Therapy
I believe that every dynamic should be unique to you. I place emphasis on person centered practices that allow myself to tailor my approach to your personality, while valuing structure. My goal is to make you feel comfortable to identify what you need in a way that is authentic. I use Narrative Therapy to help you shape the story. Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help structure and build resilience. I also use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), among other mindfulness based practices to challenge negative or false narratives. Together we will identify the structure you are wanting to build.
