How do I get started with therapy?
How can therapy help?
Almost anyone can benefit from therapy. It is a process for personal growth and self-improvement. Many scientific studies support that therapy is a helpful way to get to know more about yourself, improve your range of coping skills, and learn how to deal with life’s stressors more effectively. How much does therapy cost?
How often do I need to come in?
Therapy is kind of like fitness – the more you put into it, usually the more you gain. We recommend at least one session per week to help you get the most benefit. Of course, coming more or less often is also an option. Questions? Contact Us >

How can I pay my therapy bill?
You can pay Wellness Therapy for services directly via our secure online payment system. We accept most credit card payments including Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express. Patients that sign up for auto pay using their bank account receive a $5 gift card!

Do you accept insurance?
We accept most major insurance plans and are in-network with BCBS, HAP, McLaren and Aetna. Before your first session, we recommend that you check with your insurance provider about coverage for behavioral health services. Questions? Contact Us >
Do you accept out-of-network insurance?
Can I pay for therapy with an HSAs, MSAs, FSAs or HRAs?
Our fees are eligible for reimbursement by most Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), Medical Savings Accounts (MSAs), Health Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) or Health Reimbursement Arrangements (HRAs). Questions? Contact Us >
What happens when I miss an appointment?
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let your therapist know at least 24 hours in advance. Therapists reserve time for you and are not able to fill that time on short notice. Insurance companies do not reimburse for missed appointments; we bill you directly for missed sessions. Contact Us >
